We move through the day lost in responsibilities or endlessly reacting to what we like or don't like. Instead of staying steady and easy we become the victim to all that we encounter.
But we can change that! Using yoga, breath practice and the sound of Om we can train ourselves to connect more deeply to our personal power. My own experience with this practice has been remarkable.
The more often I breathe and connect to the grounding sound of Om, the more I shift from a place of reaction to a place of action. I become an agent for my own happiness and freedom.
So a good Om for me is like a reset, a reminder of who I am and how I want to be in the world. I want to share how to connect with yourself so you can breathe easier, move better and live fully.
