This is where we get to build a practice that serves you, and only you. I create weekly or bi-weekly routines to help solve physical tension, improve on postural imbalances, release stress with specific breath practices, and I can work in tandem with your health care provider to help you heal from chronic pain or injury. Each session is tailored to your changing individual needs.
